Returns Policy

We hope that you’re happy with all of our items you ordered, but if there’s a problem, please let us know. We operate a fair exchange policy, which means that if an item doesn’t look or feel quite as you expected, is the wrong size or is damaged in any way, we’ll exchange it for another item from our store, provided you return the original item to us within 14 days of the order date in its original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we can’t exchange items that have been worn. If you have any questions, please contact our friendly team.

Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are packaged discreetly in tamperproof postage bags - our company name doesn’t appear anywhere on the bag, nor does any reference to the items you’ve ordered.

For overseas orders, ‘men’s apparel’ will appear on the customs declaration.

If you pay by credit or debit card, “TJS(UK) Limited” will appear on your statement.

Postage
