Please remember to use suitable packaging to protect the item in the post and note that you will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us.
It can take up to 14 days to process a return once we have received your item. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment card. Please note it may take a few days for the payment to be credited to your account once we have sent the instruction to your payment provider.
You can exchange an item for any other item we have in stock. You may be charged more if the replacement item you choose is more expensive than the item you returned.
Please ensure we receive the items within 14 days after telling us you want to cancel. We will refund the standard delivery charge (if any). We may not be able to give you a full refund if the value of an item has been reduced because it has been worn, the original tags have been removed or it is not returned with its original packaging.
