DISCREET PACKAGING

• Your privacy is important to us. We package all orders discreetly in tamperproof postage bags. You won't find our name on the packaging or any details of the items you have ordered. For international orders, we put “mens apparel" on the customs declaration. If you pay by card, “TJS(UK) Limited” appears on your card or bank statement.

UNITED KINGDOM

• We use Royal Mail for all domestic orders. You can track your package on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number we email you. Average shipping time is 3 - 5 business days. Shipping is £3.50 but free on orders over £50.FAQs

INTERNATIONAL

• We've temporarily paused international deliveries due to disruption to shipping services outside the UK. We are working with our delivery partners to restart this service as quickly as we can. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

• Orders to some international destinations may be subject to local taxes, fees or other charges. The recipient of the goods (which might not be the person who ordered them) will be asked to pay these charges when the goods arrive.
