You can cancel your order or return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order if each item:

Is in its original condition and has not been worn or washed
Has its original labels and tags
Is returned with its original packaging

Your name (and the name of the person who ordered the item, if different)
Your postal address (if you would like an exchange)
Whether you want to cancel your order or return an item for exchange or refund

We will reply with instructions and our UK returns address. Please remember to use suitable packaging to protect the item in the post and note that you will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds

It can take up to 14 days to process a return once we have received your item. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment card. Please note it may take a few days for the payment to be credited to your account once we have sent the instruction to your payment provider.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item for any other item we have in stock. You may be charged more if the replacement item you choose is more expensive than the item you returned.

Cancellations

Please ensure we receive the items within 14 days after telling us you want to cancel. We will refund the standard delivery charge (if any). We may not be able to give you a full refund if the value of an item has been reduced because it has been worn, the original tags have been removed or it is not returned with its original packaging.

Faulty items

If any item is faulty, please email us at info@thejockshop.co.uk. To help us identify the issue, please include photos and as much information as you can.

Please refer to the product care label to maximise the lifetime of your purchase.

Discreet packaging

Your privacy is important to us. We package all orders discreetly in tamperproof postage bags. You won't find our name on the packaging or any details of the items you have ordered. For international orders, we put “mens apparel" on the customs declaration. If you pay by card, “TJS(UK) Limited” appears on your card or bank statement.

United Kingdom

We use Royal Mail for all domestic orders. You can track your package on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number we email you. Average shipping time is 3 - 5 business days. Shipping is £3.50 but free on orders over £50.

International

We've temporarily paused international deliveries due to disruption to shipping services outside the UK. We are working with our delivery partners to restart this service as quickly as we can. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You can still place international orders on our global store, which offers fast international delivery from our warehouse in Singapore.

Customs and duties

Orders to some international destinations may be subject to local taxes, fees or other charges. The recipient of the goods (which might not be the person who ordered them) will be asked to pay these charges when the goods arrive. It is a good idea to check the import taxes and charges in the destination country before you place your order.
